IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE THE COLOUR OF THE LAMP?
Yes, if you don't like any of the colour options, you can choose colours from our colour chart, but before you choose a colour we recommend you check it on the Tikkurila colour chart, because of the differences in colour, on your computer screen or phone.
CAN A LAMP MADE TO A SPECIAL COLOUR ORDER BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED?
No.
ARE THE LIGHT SOURCES REPLACEABLE AND IF NOT, WHAT IS THE LIFE SPAN OF THE LIGHT?
Yes, the light source is replaceable, the life span is 10,000 h. There is a 12 month guarantee on lights, if they stop working within this period we will replace them for free, and if they stop working after the guarantee period we will replace them for an additional cost - PLN 50 + shipping costs
ARE THE LAMPS HAND-MADE AND ARE THEY MANUFACTURED IN POLAND?
Yes, our lamps are handmade with attention to the smallest details and the whole production process takes place in Poland, please visit the tab creation process where you can watch how they are made.
ARE THE PAINTS USED FOR PAINTING NON-TOXIC?
For painting the lamps we use water-based paints, which are completely safe and have been recommended by the Polish Society of Allergology
WHAT IS THE COLOUR OF THE LIGHT ?
Warm white.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A LAMP ACCORDING TO YOUR OWN IDEA ?
At the moment we do not have this option, but we plan to introduce it in the near future. We encourage you to watch and follow the news on our website.
HOW BRIGHT IS THE LIGHT?
The lamp has a dimmer with 6-stage light adjustment (98-104 lm). Luminous range: from a gentle glow at night to light enough to read a book.
CAN THE LIGHT INTENSITY BE ADJUSTED ?
Yes, the light has a 6-stage dimming/brightening option via a remote control or a button on the cable.
CAN THE LAMP BE HUNG ON THE WALL?
Yes, there are special holes on the back of each lamp to allow you to hang it on the wall, the lamp comes with a template that makes it easy to drill holes in the wall.
HOW LONG IS THE CABLE ?
Length is approx. 2 m (without power supply).
HOW MUCH DOES THE LAMP WEIGHT?
The weight depends on the design, varying between 1 kg - 2.4 kg.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SET TIMED LIGHTING?
Yes, the remote control has a built-in timer so that you can set 5 lighting times: 30 min, 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h or continuous lighting.
THE LIGHT GOES OUT, WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE ?
It is possible that a timer has been turned on, turn on the light and press the "c" button on the remote control - this will remove the previous settings.
THE LIGHT IS FLASHING, HOW DO I TURN IT OFF?
The flicker mode has been activated (a heart on the remote control), to turn it off just press the dimmer or brighten button.
WHAT DOES THE MOON ON THE REMOTE CONTROL MEAN ?
This is the night mode, which dims the lamp to the darkest light mode.
IS THERE A POSSIBILITY OF REMOTE CONTROL?
Of course, the remote control is included.
DO THE LIGHTS HAVE A GUARANTEE?
Yes, the casing has a 24-month warranty, the LED lighting 12 months.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP ABROAD ?
Yes, please contact us for this.
